Submission Instructions

Proposals are submitted using an online form:
We encourage applicants to avoid the use of special characters, formulas, images, and tables in their proposals to the extent possible. When you paste your proposal text into the application form, please proofread the pasted text carefully.

• Special character keys, formulas, images, and tables may be attached in a one-page PDF document.
• Please prepare a separate PDF for your proposal budget and budget justification.
• You will be required to provide contact information for your UAC faculty mentor. The faculty mentor will automatically receive an email confirmation with instructions to provide their support and mentor reference.

Deadlines:

• First submissions due by 11:59pm on September 24
• UAC faculty mentor reference due by 11:59pm on October 15
• Revisions (no new submissions accepted) due by 11:59pm on October 15
• No late submissions will be considered.

New submissions after September 24 KST will not be considered. Form will remain available for revisions until Oct 15.
