Campus Traditions

Welcome Week

Each semester, the UAC hosts a Welcome Week celebration to reunite the community. Check the Monday Morning Memo for a list of activities and giveaways!

Activities Fair

Each semester, the Student Leadership and Involvement Center (SLIC) and Student Council hosts an Activities Fair to encourage students to get involved on campus. Students can learn about student clubs, meet the Student Council, meet student-leaders and hang out with their peers.

Letterman Jackets

Want to represent the UAC when you’re off-campus? What better way than to wear one of our signature letterman jackets. First semester freshmen can receive one for free thanks to the kindness of alumni donors. Rock your jacket around campus and Songdo to show your school pride!

Day of Service

Each year, the Leadership Consultants host a Day of Service where over 100 students complete service projects around Songdo and the Incheon area.

Research Symposium

Each semester, the UAC hosts a Research Symposium to showcase student research projects. Students partner with faculty to lead research studies that explore their majors. The Symposium allows the university community to learn about student research and celebrate the achievements of the UAC in this area.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Thanksgiving is an American holiday that brings families together. Each November, the UAC family (faculty, staff and students) join together for a dinner to share their gratitude.
