Join the University of Utah to celebrate its graduates at the University Commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 22 at 4:00 p.m. KST at the IGC Auditorium. This in-person gathering honors graduating students from our colleges and schools across campus together during this university-wide event.

The University Commencement ceremony broadly honors the Class of 2025 as a whole. Graduates and attendees can anticipate words of congratulations from university administrators and student leaders; hear keynotes from the Commencement Speakers; receive a welcome from President Randall. All graduates and families and friends are encouraged to participate in the University Commencement ceremony as the University of Utah commends this milestone achievement in students’ lives.

The University Commencement ceremony is a non-ticketed event and seating is first come, first served. It is suggested that guests be seated by 3:45 p.m. as the processional will begin at 4:00 p.m. and the program will follow at approximately 4:30 p.m.

If you have additional questions, please email Dr. Randy McCrillis at randy.mccrillis@utah.edu.
