Valentine Breitbarth is an Academic Instructor at the University of Utah Asia Campus. She is focused primarily on welcoming new students and helping them succeed in university life, both though teaching UGS 1010 courses and introductory writing workshops through the UAC Writing Center. Valentine brings a professional background in public health and life and leadership coaching, focusing her teaching on helping students acclimate to university life and beyond, centered on their goals, values, and overall wellbeing. Valentine earned her BA in Chemistry from Elon University and her Master of Public Health degree from the George Washington University. She moved to South Korea with her family from Washington, DC and enjoys exploring Korea and Asia with her family, hiking, discovering new foods, and cheering on her boys at sporting events.
