Bio

Prof. Ang received her B.Hons from Multimedia University, Malaysia and MA Directing from Westminster
University, London. She also won a scholarship from the CILL, Multimedia Development Corporation to
undertake film courses at the Barrow Group, New York City. Since 2012, she has been a director and script
writer for TV series and commercial ads. Her directorial work include, the award-winning “Away from
Home” (on Netflix), “Magic Chef” (on Mewatch, Singapore), “3am” (on Thrill, Hong Kong). Her web
series script “The Lost Phone” won the Grand Prize in the prestigious Asia TV Forum, Singapore.
