Bio

Hak-Yoon Kim is an Assistant Professor of Management at the David Eccles School of Business, the University of Utah Asia Campus. Prior to joining the UAC, she was a faculty member at the University of Nottingham China Campus. Hak-Yoon received her PhD in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University and a master’s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research focuses on work-family issues, emotions and affect at work, leadership, and uncivil treatment at work. Prior to embarking on an academic career, Hak-Yoon worked as a human resources consultant for Hay Group, now Korn Ferry Hay Group.
