Welcome to UAC Community!

We are thrilled to welcome you to the University of Utah Asia Campus. Entering college is an exciting new chapter, and our New Student Orientation (NSO) is designed to help you begin this journey with confidence. Over the course of the program, you will be introduced to the people, resources, and opportunities that make UAC unique.

At the orientation, you will:

• Learn how to navigate your academic path and degree requirement
• Become familiar with campus services and student support resources
• Connect with classmates, faculty, and staff who will be part of your journey
• Receive guidance for course registration and onboarding processe
• Celebrate your arrival and begin building lifelong friendships

All new students are required to pay a $60 non-refundable orientation fee. This fee will be billed along with your tuition.

Orientation: Who Needs to Attend and How?

NSO is mandatory for all first-time Asia Campus students, including graduate students.
All new students will receive an orientation invitation by email. Please make sure to complete your registration through this invitation in order to confirm your attendance.

Parent & Family Orientation

A Parent & Family Orientation will also be available. Students may invite parents or guardians to join.
If your family wishes to attend, you can indicate their participation through the orientation invitation email you receive. Further details will be shared once registration is completed.

Spring 2026 Orientation will take place Feburary 23 - 26, from approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day.

Orientation Schedule
