Bio

Eunsol Yoo is a Course Instructor at the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah Asia Campus. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Korea University, where she specialized in Logistics, Service, and Operations Management. Her teaching spans business statistics, operations management, and supply chain management, with a consistent focus on quantitative reasoning, applied analysis, and business decision-making.

Dr. Yoo's teaching is guided by a holistic approach to learning. Rather than treating each topic as an isolated technique, she helps students see how concepts connect, why they emerge, and how they apply to real business problems — building durable understanding and analytical confidence along the way.

Her current research interests include platform-based business models and service operations management, with particular attention to digital platforms such as OTT services — how they create value, coordinate operations, and manage interactions among firms, customers, and service providers.
